Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Navman Blinds & Curtains, we take pride in delivering custom-made products tailored to your specific measurements and style preferences. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please carefully read our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy
Custom Orders: Once an order for custom blinds, curtains, shutters, or related products has been placed and materials procured or manufacturing has commenced, it cannot be cancelled.
Standard Products: Cancellations for non-custom products must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.
Booking Deposits: All deposits paid to secure a measure and quote appointment or to commence an order are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
2. Refund Policy
As all window furnishings we provide are custom-made to your measurements and specifications, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered in the following cases:
The product is faulty or not as described.
The product fails to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
If eligible for a refund, we may offer to repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion in line with consumer rights.
3. Returns
Custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly manufactured.
All return claims must be made within 7 days of installation or delivery. Please provide photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.
This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit your statutory rights.
